Hi,Lindsey – I follow you on WEtv’s amazing wedding cakes…… You & Marc Gravelle are my favorites to watch. I have a quick question & hope you”ll guide me. I’m just playing around with learning cake designing. I’m a grandmom of 4 little beauties & have basically taken an interest in this because of them. I’m trying to become proficient @ fondant work. This week I made a 3 tier wedding cake for a coworker – a gift to say thanx to a good friend. My question is – - how to you handle fondant & humidity. I made the cake 2 days before ceremony & place in my frig overnite. On day 2 I pulled out layers to stack , but fondant was sweating. Is there anything you can do to rectify that? does it just adjust itself after it says out? can I use a hair dryer on cool mode to dry off? any quidance you can give would be very muchh appreciated!
Thanx for sharing your creativity on AMC – - I am truly a fan.
Oh my goodness! My birthday cake! I was just looking at your site when I saw the cake you made me! I smiled ear to ear. It was an amazing day to remember and your cake was truly the most amazing part! You are an amazing artist, thank you again for making my day so special and beautiful.
WOW, this is incredible. I periodically check your website to see when your classes might start. I can’t wait to take a class with you!
